The most popular tourist sights in Cologne are all concentrated in the old town and easily reached on foot. The principle sight is the Dom with most other attractions in the immediate vicinity. The Rathaus and many museums are slightly to the south, while St Gereon church to the west is worth the few minutes walk. If time is limited, give priority to the Dom and the Wallraf-Richartz- Museum, or the Ludwig Museum if you prefer modern art.
